Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility
- UAE Customers: You have 10 business days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
- International Customers: You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
⚠️ Important Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be completely unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition. They must include all original packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any qualifying free gifts received with the order.
2. Hygiene & Sealed Goods Exemption
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of return/withdrawal expires prematurely if the protective sealing, cellophane wrapping, or product box of the perfume has been unsealed, opened, or sprayed after delivery.
We strictly cannot accept returns or process refunds if:
- The original brand box/packaging is ripped, creased, crushed, or missing.
- Any amount of the fragrance has been used.
3. Shipping & Packaging Requirements

Shop 7, Falak 4, Corniche Road, Al Majarrah, Sharjah, UAE - Return Costs: You are entirely responsible for arranging the return shipment with a courier of your choice and bearing all direct costs, including shipping fees, tracking costs, and any applicable customs duties.
- Original Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees paid for the initial delivery of your order are strictly non-refundable.
- Hazardous Materials Notice: Perfumes are classified as flammable liquids (Hazardous Materials). When arranging your return, you must inform the courier of the contents and ensure the package complies with all transport, safety, and labeling regulations for hazardous goods.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
5. Third-Party Purchases
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our official platform. If you purchased your items from another website, marketplace, or retail store, please refer directly to their specific return/refund policy and contact them for assistance.
