RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in a Hekayat Attar credit. Any return requests made after 10 business days from delivery date will not be refunded.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 10 business days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and in a sell-able condition with all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any qualifying free gift etc, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued.
Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable.
We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.
Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.
