Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

You may use the electronic withdrawal form available via "Withdraw from contract here" link in our footer], which fulfills the legal requirement for digital withdrawal. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

⚠️ Important Note on Goods: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Shop 7, Falak 4, Corniche Road, Al Majarrah, Sharjah, UAE without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return Shipping & Packaging Requirements

• Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are entirely responsible for arranging the return shipment with a carrier of your choice, including paying all associated shipping fees, tracking costs, and any applicable customs duties.

• Hazardous Materials Notice: Please note that perfumes are classified as flammable liquids (Hazardous Materials). When arranging your return shipment, you must inform the courier of the contents and ensure the package complies with all applicable transport and labeling regulations for hazardous goods.

• Diminished Value & Eligibility: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

⚠️ Hygiene & Sealed Goods Exemption: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the protective sealing, cellophane wrapping, or product box of the perfume has been unsealed, opened, or sprayed after delivery. We can only accept and refund returns of perfumes that are completely unopened and in their original, intact packaging.
